Who this is for

We only take trades where one customer is worth real money

This is not us being fussy. If a new customer is worth eighty dollars to you, the sums do not work in any of the cities on our list, and we would be wasting your time and ours.

The three tests

A business has to pass all three.

One customer is worth a lot

Enough that a single extra job or file in a year covers the whole cost. In practice that means roughly a thousand dollars of margin or better.

You already have a website

We move sites up. We are not a web design company and we do not build you one from nothing. It does not have to be pretty. It has to exist.

You are buried past page two

If you already sit at number three there is nothing for us to sell you. The businesses we help are on page three or nowhere at all.

If you pass all three, ask us. If you are not sure whether you do, ask us anyway and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is no.

Trades that usually qualify

Not a complete list. It is a shape.

Probate and estate attorneys

Three to seven thousand dollars for one estate, and almost nobody in the field has done the basic work. This is where we started.

Personal injury and family law firms

High value per case and a market where the directories, not the firms, own most of page one.

Roofing, siding and window contractors

One job pays for a year of this several times over, and storm season makes search position worth more in a fortnight than in a quarter.

Heating and air companies

A system replacement is worth thousands and the search happens on the day the unit fails, which means position decides who gets called.

Foundation, basement and structural repair

Large tickets, urgent searches, and homeowners who compare three names off the first page and stop.

Dentists offering implants and orthodontics

Elective, expensive and researched online before anyone picks up a phone.

Accountants and tax firms with business clients

A business client stays for years, so one new one pays for this many times.

Funeral homes and cremation providers

Searched at the worst moment a family will ever have, and almost always from the first page.

And one rule that costs us money

We take one business per trade per city. If a roofer in Fort Wayne signs with us, every other roofer in Fort Wayne gets told no for as long as that agreement runs.

That is not a sales line. It is the only way the work makes sense. There is one first position and one page one. Two clients in the same town and the same trade would be paying us to fight each other for it, and one of them would have to lose.

It also means the answer to "is my city open" is sometimes no. When it is, we say so on the same day and we do not try to sell you something else instead.
